Stamp Something

Hi! In honor of Thanksgiving here in the states, the theme of this week's Stamp Something Challenge is Thanks!  I used this adorable new Magnolia I won from Bunny Zoe's.  The papers are from Whimsy Stamps and I love them!!!  Very soft non-traditional colors.  The sentiment is from Whimsy as well, the "thank you" is from Stampin Up.  Simple embellies on this one ribbon, stickles, pearls and a felt snowflake.
I am most likely taking the week off from blogging to celebrate the holiday.  So here's wishing you all a fabulous Thanksgiving, my it be filled with friends, family and turkey:)

Fairytale time

Good morning!! It's another Friday already!!!  Boy I thought July went by fast but August is going even faster!!!
We'd like to see your fairytale creations this week!
Our sponsor is Magnolia-licious so I decided to go with ballerina Tilda and a fairy sentiment from SU.  The papers are my mind's eye.  I colored Tilda with copics and added some stickles to her crown.  The flowers are from Wild orchid crafts.  I added stitching and distressed the edges with ink and scissors.
It's an easel card and the inside has MME papers and some pearls and hemp twine.

Stamp Something with the new team!!!!!

The changing of the DT is always a bittersweet time.  I know I'll miss my teammies from last time, but I am so excited to meet a new bunch of girls!!!  In honor of the 4th and getting to know the new gals, we decided on using flag colors as inspiration for our projects this week!
Being in the US, I went with red, white and blue.  I chose to use this super sweet Magnolia image.  I decided on different prints of baja blue for my papers and then hints of red.  And I realized I "need" more red flowers LOL.
Please join me in giving a warm welcome to the new team, these gals created some amazing projects for you to check out!!!  And finally I'm offering a double prize on Stamp Something this week.  If you mail your Stamp Something card to Bella, you can enter twice at Stamp Something for a chance to win this bonus prize!!!  See the site for all the details!!

A Magnolia Easter

Morning everyone!!!  What a little teaser last week was.  It was warm, sunny and just gorgeous!  Now it's cold, rainy and icky!  So I decided to create my own spring with my card!!!

I used this super sweet Magnolia image which I received from Denise!!!  Thanks hun, I LOVE her!!!!  She also stamped it on different card stock and that was great too!!  I was so excited for this image as I had just won a gift certificate to Simon Says and spent it on some fun flock!!!!  This stuff ROCKS!  It's so soft and easy to use and really made this little sheep look even cuter!!!!

The paper is basic grey LilyKate and I added my standard embellies...primas, SU ribbon and MS punch out branches.  I also added some buttons, hadn't used those in awhile!!!  I also made it in to an easel card, since I'm on an easel kick right now!  I don't jazz up the inside too much as I have really large handwriting and need some room to write!  And my daughters sign their names so we need room for that as well.

The sentiment is from SU as are the oval punches.  Stop by later for some fun news!!!!
