Happy Birthday Belle

Hi Everyone!!
Here's another birthday card for you!  I feel like we have a birthday every day this month!!!  This one is for a super special girl turning 5 who loves blue, yellow, and princesses!
I used this image from Sassy studios.  The paper is old SU.  I added tons of glitz, shimmer and sparkle!

Hi all! Another Digi Day at Stamp Something!!  I used this sassy image from Sassy Studios.  The sentiment is the new winter seal from Whimsy Stamps.  This is one of those cards that was really cute in my head but not so much on paper.  I think I need to fiddle with it for a bit before I'm happy with it. 
The strand of tinsel is from Stampin Up.

September Digi Day!!

Morning!!  I have two cards for you today!  It's our monthly digi challenge over at Stamp Something and I was lucky enough to have two fantastic images to work with!!!
The first is a perfect tree from Digi doodle.

I just love this sweet image!!  Excuse the terrible photos, it is dark and dreary here and my camera is acting up, not a good combo!!!  I used some sparkly Holiday Papers from My Mind's eye.  I then added flocking for the snow and trims of the coats and hats.  Finally I added some taffeta ribbon, a felt snowflake and lots of rhinestones!  I also distressed the edges.

My second card uses an image from Sassy Studio Designs, it's called falling leaves.  I'm thinking I should have printed her a bit larger since I chose such bold papers and embellies...hmmm maybe later.  That's what great about digis, you can change as needed.  The paers are Max and Whiskers from Basic grey.  Then I added some assorted flowers, buttons, ribbon, twine and jumbo eyelets.  The eyelets I actually found at TJ Maxx of all places!  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. A slick Saturday Spotlight

Good morning!!!!  Time for another fun Saturday Spotlight challenge!!!  This week the Divas....would like to challenge you to be "so slick"! Nope, it's not a typo! We mean "slick" as in slick card stock, embellishments, acetate paper, crystal lacquer, etc. etc....list can go on and on! We figured this was the season for Spring rain, so why not make something slick or 'wet looking'! Sound like fun?!! Grab your slickness and get creating! We'd love to see what you come up with!
 This was a tricky one for me.  We(well mainly my father) more often use slick to mean good as in "oooh this will work slick."  or sarcastically as in "slick move" when you do something pretty stupid or finally as in icy roads. So I really didn't know what to do.  I looked at my sassy studios images and saw the lady in the bath with water on the floor.  Well water on tile floors is slick, so I thought that would work slick(see what I'm doing here with the word play??? yep it's early!!)  Then I added a little crystal effects to the floor and bubbles and thought that actually is slick! 
The papers are basic gray wisteria and the sentiment is from SU.  I also added some primas and pearls for a girly touch.  Check out the rest of the divas slick creations HERE.
