Digi Day December!

It's the last digi day of the year at Stamp Something this week!!!  I used this adorable image from digi doodle! The papers are from SU and the sentiment is Whimsy Stamps.  I also used some fabulous poinsettias from Prima.  Check out the rst of the ladies, there are tons of gorgeous samples and tons of great prizes!!!!!!

September Digi Day!!

Morning!!  I have two cards for you today!  It's our monthly digi challenge over at Stamp Something and I was lucky enough to have two fantastic images to work with!!!
The first is a perfect tree from Digi doodle.

I just love this sweet image!!  Excuse the terrible photos, it is dark and dreary here and my camera is acting up, not a good combo!!!  I used some sparkly Holiday Papers from My Mind's eye.  I then added flocking for the snow and trims of the coats and hats.  Finally I added some taffeta ribbon, a felt snowflake and lots of rhinestones!  I also distressed the edges.

My second card uses an image from Sassy Studio Designs, it's called falling leaves.  I'm thinking I should have printed her a bit larger since I chose such bold papers and embellies...hmmm maybe later.  That's what great about digis, you can change as needed.  The paers are Max and Whiskers from Basic grey.  Then I added some assorted flowers, buttons, ribbon, twine and jumbo eyelets.  The eyelets I actually found at TJ Maxx of all places!  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. Sunday sketch and stamp!!

Happy Sunday!  It's a rainy day here, a great day for plants and stamping!!!!  Here's my card using the fab sketch from Sunday Sketch and Stamp this week!!!!  It was designed by our own Arianne!!  The sponsor this week is Digi-Doodle Shop who provided the team with amazing digis!!!  I chose this boy and vintage first car as I thought it would make a prefect father's day card for my dad.
The papers are from wild asparagus a little treat from my friend Denise!!!  I colored him with copics and added some eyelets and hemp.  I also added 3 pearls, but they're black so they look very manly!  I used my houndstooth CB folder to emboss the burgundy circle.  And that was it!! 
In other news......
I'm looking for a few more hoppers.
I am organizing a card drive hop to help raise awareness about a young girl in my community.  She fell ill to a terrible disease this Easter and can really use some sunshine from all of us.  HERE IS THE LINK to her story.
