Fred She Said

Good Morning! Can you believe it's the last day of November already??? We have a fun day planned including a trip to a local Christmas store and then an afternoon with friends! So I wanted to share this with you before we headed out. This is the Emma with Chickadee image from Fred, She said. I just love her! I colored her with copics and and some glitter to the cuffs of her jacket. The paper is Basic grey wassill and the ribbon is Martha Stewart. I also wanted to spread the word for Tracey from FSS....Hi Peeps! I have been tallying up the donations for Samaritan's Purse from $2 of each sale of the Poinsettia & Pine Boughs Digi Set . I am also going to include in that donation $1 from the sale of the Coloured Version of this set :) It has been quite popular! All previous sales of the coloured version will be included in the donation. I made a cool meter and picked a total of $400 goal. If we reach that goal that would be awesome, if not... still awesome! Thanks to all who have helped so far :D I will be collecting until Dec. 25th. If you want to spread the word, that would be great :D I will try to keep this meter updated daily... it will be at the top of my blog. Check out the blog for more details on how you can help and new products!!!!

Saturday Spotlight Christmas

Good Morning all!!! I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving here in the States and got some good Black Friday deals. This is my first time in the States for Black Friday, but for the first time ever I'm done my Christmas shopping so there was really no need to venture out on the rainy day! I just got back and have a lot of stamping and blurfing to catch up on!!! It's supposed to be a rainy weekend so maybe I can sneak in some stamping time between loads of vacation laundry!!!
It's time for a Saturday spotlight challenge, this one is all about hats! So I chose Santa's hat. How cute is this Whimsy image??? And I used my favorite Whimsy sentiment set along with it. I added some liquid applique to his cuffs. The papers are Basic grey. Check out the rest of the gals!

Belles and Whistles Christmas Blog Hop!!!!!!!

Welcome to stop number 10 on the Belles and Whistles blog hop. You should be hopping here from Rosette's Blog. If not pop on over to the beginning at the Belles and Whistle's blog. These are 6 GORGEOUS images that will begin pre-selling today. They will not begin shipping until the first of December.

I am so excited to share the Christmas Door image from Elisabeth Bell with you!!!! We were to showcase the stamps by making Christmas wrapping or gifts. I decided to do my favorite little box, the one sheet wonder(click for tutorial from SCS)!!! No cutting, no gluing, no template, nice and easy!!! This time I decided to emboss the box. I then added a strip of basic grey wassail paper. I colored the image with copics and cut out. I added some chunky glitter to the bottom for little snow banks and dazzling diamonds to the top of the door for icicles. I used two jumbo eyelets with this yummy burgundy ribbon to keep the box together. I think I"ll be filling this one with Hershey kisses and a gift card for my daughter's kindergarten teacher:)

To continue on......head over to the amazingly talented Kathy she's showing the Baking with Nana
image, so adorable!!!!! Make sure you're leaving comments along the way for your chance at the whole release!!!! Which is fabulous since it's too hard to pick a favorite!!
