Distressed!

Good morning!!!!  I don't know about where you are, but here today we are looking forward to some GORGEOUS weather!!!!!  The girls and I just can't get enough of being outside!!!  That doesn't really lend itself to crafting or cleaning but oh well, we're having fun while the weather lasts!

So we're looking for distressed projects at Stamp Something this week!  I love the look of distressing, it's so soft and pretty.  I also tend to use yellows and brown when I distress, not sure why, just seems to be a trend  I have.

Our sponsor this week is Stamp and Create, so I decided to use a Wags n Whiskers image, He loves me.   What a little sweetie this girl is and her cute little pup!  The papers are Basic Grey Porcelain with banana and cocoa card stock.  The sentiment is from SU, short and sweet, and I popped it up on the knot of the satin ribbon.  I added some prima flowers and a few pearls as well.

DIGITAL DELIGHTS GUEST DT
This is my card for my week as the Guest Designer over at Digital Delights! I was so excited to have been chosen and even more excited to work with this cutie, Fiona!!! A big thanks to Wendy and her team:) The papers are from DCVW and I colored her with copics. Her kilt colors were inspired by the Bailey family Tartan. Sketch Something

It's Friday!!!!! I am really looking forward to the weekend, are you? But first it's time for a Stamp Something challenge. This week our very own Denise came up with a fantastic sketch for us to use!!!! Not only that but, wags n whiskers gave the DT images to use!!! I used bubble fun. I also used some retired SU papers and ribbon. I sprayed the whole card with some shimmerz spritz so it has just a hint of sparkle. The little kitten reminds me of my mischievous little guy, so I colored him orange. The rest of the gals have some beautiful creations for you, so pop on over. There are wags n whiskers up for grabs too!!!
