I used my new favorite combo, really the only combo I've been using lately ooops!!! Pink pirouette and chocolate chip! I used the DSP from SU's hostess set, chocolate grosgrain ribbon, and flower fusion flowers with a rhinestone brad in the center!
The stork is from buggies and booties(retired), boy do I love that set. I used my watercolor crayons to color him in. The sentiment is from warm words. Finally, I used by oval nesties for the ovals. The layout is inspired from a thank you card Denise had on her blog awhile ago, turned and resized.
I plan on writing the name in as well, as soon as they tell me what it is!!!
Thanks for stoppin' by!

That is a beautiful card! I like using the oval to showcase the wording--great idea!
I, also, have a new scor-pal and haven't played with it much, however I like the way you used it for the bottom half of an eariler card.
Your cards are all lovely.
