Well I hope everyone that joined us for the Whimsy Wednesday release party had as much fun as I did. Congrats to all the winners and hope to see you all again for the next Whimsy Wednesday. This card I did for this week's cute card Thursday challenge which is sponsored by Whimsy Stamps!!! I used the sketch from the double dutch challenge blog. The theme is Valentine's which is perfect since I need to get moving on those. I used my whimsy owl along with some candy lane DSP. I also used a bunch of hodge podge hardware pieces and some red riding hood ribbon. I colored the owl with my copics.

Cute card! I agree the VSN at Whimsy Group was a blast.
Erin,
Firstly I would like to say how cute your card ideas are!I wish I had the skills you have! Keep up the good work! With Valentine's Day coming up soon, creating your own cards would be cost effective, and injects an added personal touch! However if like me, your creative talents look like a toddlers efforts, then I may have a great alternative! My friend Gemma first introduced me to the world of electronic greetings about a year ago when she went back packing around Australia. She said she found it hard to write letters, and she didn't always have a mobile phone signal! So whenever she had the chance she would go into an internet cafe and send an e-Card. This method is such a great way to keep in touch with friends, and family. With Valentine's Day coming up I think it is a good way to just send a little surprise greeting. I have done my research, and tried out loads of different sites, but I have now finally found a site that has a really Wide range of Valentine's Day e-Cards This site has both romantic, and funny, light hearted Valentine's Day e-Cards, so there is a card to suit everyone! The best thing about this particular site is that it is totally free!! Even better! E-Cards are not for everyone, but I think they are definitely worth a try!Let me know what you think! Kind Regards, Nic.
Great card. That stamp is so cute!
